On this page, I will list applications that I use, along with any thoughts on that app, on my Mac. (Still being updated - 13 Feb 08)
- 1Password ($29.95) - Password manager and form filler on steroids. This app has won many awards and they deserve it. Check out this demo movie of it in action.
- Adium (Free) - Instant Messaging app that can connect to AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Jabber, ICQ, and more.
- AppZapper ($12.95) - The uninstaller application that Apple forgot. Seriously, I know you just drag the program to the trash can but there is a “settings” file that is usually left behind. Now, I drag the program to this apps window and *poof* it’s ALL gone.
- Awaken ($12.95) - Alarm clock and sleep timer. Now, I can use the remote my Macbook came with. Also free updates for life. Gotta love that!
- CandyBar 3 ($29.00) - Easiest way to change icons for your applications, drives and system. I have used this more than I thought I would. Beautiful design too.
- Handbrake (Free) - I use this to convert my DVD movies to MPEG-4. It can convert to formats like the iPhone, iPod, PSP, PS3, Apple TV, and more.
